Our beo day retreat returns to stunning Spanish Point in May 2025 for a fully immersive day spent by the sea at the Armada Hotel.
We are delighted to welcome you to the sights, sounds and tastes of West Clare on the Atlantic's Edge. We invite YOU to join us to reflect, reset and recharge together with friends, family or why not make it a day just for you?
As always, a limited number of places are available to ensure an intimate space.
We have a very special itinerary planned and look forward to a day of deep connection, discovery and serenity in a very special shared space.

This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with.
