Our beo day retreats return to stunning Spanish Point in January 2025 for a fully immersive day spent by the sea at the Armada Hotel.
We are delighted to return to the sights, sounds and tastes of West Clare on the Atlantic's Edge to close out the festive season and begin the New Year. We invite YOU to join us to reflect, reset and recharge together with friends, family or why not make it a day just for you?
As always, a limited number of places are available to ensure an intimate space.

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. This is a unique event and it will not be possible to transfer your ticket to a future beo event.
