The Weekend Runaway returns with a three-day running and wellness retreat designed to help you step away from the everyday and make space for yourself.

Set in the heart of Lisdoonvarna, The Hydro Hotel gives us the perfect base for a weekend in one of Ireland’s most spectacular corners. With its character, charm and traditional Irish hospitality, the hotel has a warm, relaxed feel that makes it the ideal place to slow down, settle in and connect.

Surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Burren and just moments from the Wild Atlantic Way, the landscape becomes part of the experience — from coastal trails and open roads to dramatic Atlantic views.

Across the weekend, we’ll bring together:

• Recovery and restorative movement
• Wellbeing sessions
• Nourishing local food
• Inspiring conversations
• Time to explore, relax and switch off

Whether you run regularly, are returning to running, taking on your first 5K or training for longer distances, you are welcome.

There is no focus on pace, performance or competition.

Instead, the weekend is about moving in a way that feels good, discovering a spectacular landscape and connecting with others who share a love of running and wellbeing.

It is also about making time for yourself.

Time to move.
Time to recover.
Time to learn.
Time to laugh.
Time to breathe.

There will be time to explore beyond the trails too, with the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, Lahinch Beach and the wider Burren all close by.

And when the day is done, come back to the character and comfort of The Hydro Hotel — a place to eat well, relax, recharge and enjoy the simple pleasure of being away.

Single Room — €615 per person
A little space to yourself. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own room throughout The Weekend Runaway.

Twin Room — €495 per person
Better together! Share a twin room with a friend and enjoy the weekend side by side.

Triple Room — €475 per person
Three's company! Share with two friends and enjoy our best-value room option.

A Little Note on Booking

All prices are per person, and each guest must book their place individually.

Prefer to spread the cost? You can secure your place with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the retreat.

• Single Room: €307.50 deposit | €307.50 balance

• Twin Room: €247.50 deposit | €247.50 balance

• Triple Room: €237.50 deposit | €237.50 balance

We'll email you a secure payment link 30 days before the retreat, making it easy to settle your remaining balance.

If you're booking a twin or triple room, please email hello@beowellness.ie once your booking is confirmed, letting us know the full names of the friends you'll be sharing with. We'll take care of the room arrangements from there.

Tickets are non-refundable. Due to very limited availability, transferring your place to a different date or event is not possible.
