As different consumer rights apply to purchases made both in-store and online, we operate separate returns policies for each.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note, subject to the conditions below.
Exchanges & Credit Notes
- Items may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, as sold, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Pierced jewellery
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store where you have changed your mind. This includes sale items.
Faulty Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights under Irish law.
Online Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase from beowell.ie. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your Right to Cancel
Under consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of delivery and return the item for a full refund, provided the item is returned in accordance with the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the item.
- Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, please contact our customer care team and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased online may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the returns conditions outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Pierced jewellery
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Any personalised or bespoke items
Faulty Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Irish consumer law.
How to Arrange a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at returns@beowellness.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Returns Form and instructions on how to return your item.
Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return in your email to help us process your request as quickly as possible.
Returned items must be received in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out in this policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the returned item(s) only.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
