Chair Pilates



Chair Pilates - 6 Week Block

Carve out some "me-time" with our brand new Chair Pilates class.  

Chair Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving flexibility and posture.  Doing modified pilates movements while seated in a chair is a great way for the older adult to get the health benefits of these exercises without needing to lie down.  Staying seated means that even those who are not very flexible can safely do the exercises and work towards increasing their strength and flexibility.  

It can be done at your own pace and it really is for everyone!


€15 per class, pay as you go.  


Chair Pilates will take place from 10am to 11am every Thursday commencing May 23rd.


All levels are welcome, no experience necessary!  If you have a specific injury or condition please make your instructor aware at the beginning of the class and she can tailor the movements for you.  


Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable.  As we have very limited availability transferring your space to a different date/class is not possible. 


  • This is a ticketless event, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with. 
  • Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.  
  • Please arrive from 9.45am for registration.
